We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘the Privacy Act’). In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our” and “us” refers to bypaté and “you” or “your” refers to any individual about whom we collect Personal Information.

We are a business providing hair products, including shampoos, styling lotions, sprays, wigs and hairpieces to clients.

 4. What is Personal Information and why do we collect it? 

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we may collect includes: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers, dates of birth and social media accounts. If information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will not be classified as Personal Information and will not be subject to this Privacy Policy.

However, this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
